Ingredients:  
1 can cut yellow wax bean - drained
1 can cut green beans - not French cut - drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup each green red and yellow bell pepper

Dressing:
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup warm chicken broth
2 T sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dressing ingredients until sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour over vegetables.
Let stand from 2 to 24 hours before serving.

I would add salt and pepper to this dressing next time I make it.
And perhaps double the dressing so the veggies sit in it to better marinate it.
