1 Cup Butter, softened
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg
2 1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate, melted and cooled
1/4 Cup Nuts, chopped
2 Tablespoons Chopped Maraschino Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
--Cream butter and sugar.
--Add vanilla and egg.
--Stir in flour and salt until well combined.
--Divide dough in three equal parts.
-Part 1: Mix in Chocolate and nuts.
-Part 2: Mix in chopped cherries.
-Part 3: Leave plain.
--Line 9"X 5"X 3" pan with foil.
--Spread plain dough evenly in pan, then chocolate, then cherry.
--Cover and REFRIGERATE for 2 hours.

--Preheat Oven to 375
--Remove dough from pan and remove foil.
--Slice in 1/4" slices.
--Bake for 8-10 minutes.
