3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 t soda
1 t salt
6 T cocoa (sifted)
⅔ c oil
2 T vinegar
2 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients above. Punch 3 holes in mixture. In large hole, pour oil. In medium hole, add vinegar. In small hole, add vanilla. Cover all with 2 cups cold water. Beat until mixed. Pour in greased and floured pan.

Chocolate Frosting: Boil 1 c sugar, ¼ c butter, ¼ c milk. Add ½ c chocolate chips and small amt of vanilla.
