5 c cut up rhubarb (can use ½ strawberries if choose)
1 c sugar
1 (3 oz) box strawberry jello
3 c miniature marshmallows
yellow cake mix
whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Slightly grease 9x13 pan. Cut up Rhubarb and sprinkle sugar and jello over it in 9x13 pan. Arrange marshmallows over rhubarb. Mix up cake mix as directed and pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake for 50 minutes at 350º. Let cool for 5 minutes. Turn out of pan and serve with whipped topping.
