1 can eagle brand milk
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
½ t vanilla
¼ c lemon juice
pie crust

Directions:
With a mixer, soften cream cheese (no lumps). Add milk and continue mixing. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Put into a pie crust and place in fridge or EAT NOW!
