1 (14 oz) pckg chocolate chips
4 T sugar
6 T water
6 eggs - separated
2 t vanilla
2 c whipping cream
1 angel food cake
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips. Add sugar and water. Mix well. Remove from stove and stir in egg yolks gradually and beat until smooth and cool. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to chocolate mixture. Add cream that has been whipped. Add vanilla. Tear cake up into pieces. Lay pieces in large pan and pour mixture over top. Chill over night.
