Para la base:
un paquete galletas oreo trituradas sin el relleno ,
- una barra de mantequilla sin sal temperatura ambiente ( yo siempre uso para los postres Gloria Gourmet)
Relleno.
- un paquete de queso Philadelphia
- una taza de crema para batir
- media taza de chocolate Hershey líquido
- azúcar al gusto( es para la crema) .
Directions:
Directions:
Pones la mantequilla con las galletas molidas revuelves, forras un molde para pay y lo metes al refrigerador.
Para el relleno, bates la crema con el azúcar, licúas el queso, la crema de batir y el chocolate,
Lo pones el el pay y refrigeras 1 hora.
Decora con chantillí y Hershey líquido, o como gustes.

Este pay lo hice hace varios años, por falta de ingredientes , resultado rápidoy rico.
P.d. Puedes ponerle en vez crema para batir, crema chantillí una taza.
