1 box elbow macaroni
3/4 stick of butter
2 T flour
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 cup (or to taste) Velveeta cheese block

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat, once melted add flour and stir. Then, mix condensed milk with same amount of water and add the mixture to the butter and flour. Add Velveeta cheese in cubes and continuously stir until a cheese sauce has formed.

Cook noodles according to box.

Pour cheese sauce over noodles and serve.

Grandma made this recipe weekly for George and I growing up. It was my favorite meal! She always served it with bread and butter because Grandpa believed that should be a side dish worth every meal.
