1 # Salmon steaks or filets
1/3 Cup lemon juice
1/4 Cup butter, melted
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. paprika
Pepper to taste
Optional: minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse salmon, pat dry.
In a baking dish mix lemon juice, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Add salmon, turning to coat each side.
Bake at 400º for 10 minutes, turn fish over and spoon sauce over fish.
Bake 10-15 minutes longer.
Done when fish is opaque when cut.
Garnish with minced parsley.
