1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
10 oz. package mint chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Melt 1 cup mint chocolate chips. Cream butter and sugar. Mix melted chips and butter mixture; beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and remaining chips. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and freeze until firm - about 20 minutes. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, coat with confectioners sugar. Bake at 350º on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.
