1 lb box matzo farfel
6 eggs
6 apples-thinly sliced (skins on or off)
¾ cup sugar
1 cup raisins
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (strained)
1 ½ tsp salt
2 sticks butter (melt ¾ of it, and just soften the remaining ¼)
Brown sugar and cinnamon

Pre heat oven to 350º
Place farfel in colander. Pour boiling water over it and press out water.
Beat eggs. Add sugar, apples, pineapple, salt, and raisins.
Add matzo farfel and ¾ of melted butter to the mixture.
Pour into large pan and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over it.
Dot with remaining butter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour uncovered. It should be brown on top. Check after 45 minutes.
