1 rounded cooking spoon of Flour for roux
Veg oil for roux
1 med. onion chopped
4 or 5 potatoes peeled and cut in small cubes
Beef Broth or water
Roast cut into small pieces
Gravy from roast

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roux using the flour and oil.
Add onions and saute until clear
Add potatoes and broth/water. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add Roast and Gravy and simmer until hot and tasty.
Add water if needed to thin out.
