2 3/4 cup (550g) Chocolate Cake & Muffin Mix
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp (220 ml) Water
3 Large Eggs
3/4 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp (214 ml) Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Directions:

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on low speed, mix for 60 seconds. Scrape down bowl. Mix 4 minutes on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.

Grease sides and bottom of two 8" cake pans. Pour batter into cake pans. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 - 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
