3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup milk

1 medium onion

Directions:
Dice the cooked potatoes and make a white sauce out of butter, flour, milk, and salt. Put in mayo and dry mustard when the white sauce is done along with cooked string beans or peas, weiners cut up and onion. Melt a little butter and two slices of bread broken up and put on top. Add a little paprika. Bake at 350 1/2 hour or a little longer.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe was handwritten in Grandma Bidwell's writing and is kind of perplexing, almost like the recipe that goes on and on. I am not sure if it is a casserole, or what, since it is more than potato salad. I guess it belongs under a casserole.
