3 c. Deluxe Chocolate Cake Mix
1 1/4 c. Water
3 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
3. Use an electric mixer on low speed, mix for 30-60 seconds.
4. Scrape down bowl.
5. Mix 3 minutes on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
6. Place cupcake cups into cupcake pan and fill 3/4 with cupcake batter.
7. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
