4 T. Chili Powder
2 T. Cumin
2 T. Paprika
2 T. Dried Oregano
1 T. Onion powder
1 T. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container. Add 3 level tablespoons of the mix and ½ cup of water to 1lb of ground turkey or ground beef that has been browned with ½ diced onion. Stir well and let simmer a bit for spices to rehydrate, distribute, and the water to evaporate.
