1 ½ cups uncooked regular grits
½ cup butter or margarine
3 cups (¾ lb) grated medium sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp paprika (divide)
3 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits according to pkg directions.
Add butter and cheese and stir till melted. Add Worcestershire and 1 tsp paprika.
Add small amount of eggs stirring well (to temper the eggs) and then add remaining
Pour into a lightly creased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 tsp paprika and cover and refrigerate over night.
Remove from fridge for 15 minutes and then bake uncovered at 325º for 1 hour
