4 C chopped grn/ylw peppers
16 C chopped tomatoes
4 C chopped onions
1 C sugar
2 C white vinegar
1½ C anaheim peppers
10 slices jalapeno peppers (chopped)-- Optional
⅓ C pickling salt
1½ T chili powder
2 tsp pepper
2 T ground cumin
1 tsp MSG
½ tsp ground red pepper
1½ T minced garlic
2 T garlic powder

Directions:

Cook for 1 to 1½ hours in open pan. Bring to a boil then let simmer. Stir frequently to keep from sticking.

I love this recipe. This is the best picante sauce that I've ever had so I thought I should share it with you guys. One night I came home from a long day and this was sitting on the counter and it hit the spot. I hope you enjoy it as I have.
