1. 3 cups of oatmeal

2. ½ cup of almonds, pistachios. sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds

3. 1 tsp of salt and cinnamon

4. Mix together and add ½ cup of maple syrup and ¼ cup of olive oil

5. Pour into a baking pan
