1/4c. Shortening, melted
1/4c. Sugar
1Tbl. Salt
5c. Flour
2c. Warm water
2pks. Yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl dissolve yeast in 2c. Of warm water. Melt 1/4c. Shortening, cool. Add 1/4c. Sugar, sift flour, add 1 tb. of salt.
Mix until the dough is stiff, turn out, knead until smooth, let it rise; covered. About an hour, or double in bulk, Punch dough down, cut the dough into four strips, cut sections off pat out flat in small square or rectangles. Then sprinkle cinnamon,white sugar, a small handful of brown sugar, and a pat of butter. Then roll up the closing ends, put in buttered pan. Let the cinnamon rolls rise for about an hour. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Turn out on a wire rack
