4 Cups Whole Almonds
2 Tbsp Jalapeņo Oil
1+ Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 Limes, fresh juice
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped


Directions:
Directions:
1. Add almonds and oil to a medium pan. Sprinkle with chili powder and salt. Stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes fragrant and toasted.

2. Remove pan from heat, add lime juice and cilantro; stir. Transfer nuts to a baking sheet lined with tinfoil to cool. Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
