2 lbs. extra lean ground beef (so it won't be greasy)
2 cups crumbled Cheez-it crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 - 2 green peppers, chopped
Salt and pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
¼ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all the ingredients except for the soup in a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Mix the soup and the milk and pour over the top of the meat mixture.

Bake covered for 1 hour or until the meat is fully cooked.

Add your favorite seasonings. We like Tony's Creole seasoning and Greek seasoning.
