1 chicken cut up or thighs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl, the soup mix, mushroom soup and water. Pour into a broiling pan. Sprinkle over this mixture the cup of rice, making sure it is covered.

Put pieces of chicken on top of this mixture. Cover with tin foil and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Remove the foil to brown the chicken, approximately 1/2 hour before serving. Serves 4

This is another one from the Beller Family Cookbook from Aunt Kay (Oldman). I have substituted chicken breasts on this one as I don't have to dig out the bones!
