4 c. water
1 chopped medium onion
1 lb. bacon, diced, fried and drained
2 c. rice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 14 oz. can sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Add rice to boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, saving a little sauerkraut for topping. Cover and bake and 325 degrees for 75 to 90 minutes.
