potatoes
chopped onions
butter
salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut in to quarters.

Place in a greased roasting dish and sprinkle with salt and paprika.

Sauté chopped onions in butter until translucent.

Pour the mixture over the potatoes and place in a 375ºF oven for 1 hour (check half way through
and toss so they do not stick).
