1 cup butter
2 cups flour
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
Imitation rum to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour and fold in nuts. Add the rum.

Roll into balls.

Bake on parchment paper or ungreased cookie sheet 15 to 18 minutes.

Roll in powdered sugar while hot.

When I was little, I used to beg for my mom to make these. I'm pretty sure it's the rum that makes these awesome.:)
