1¾ cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients except flour at low speed. Mix in flour.
Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden borwn.
