1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1½ tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
4½ c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients until creamy, stir in powdered sugar. Add oil, mix well. In separate bowl combine soda, salt and flour, slowly add to creamed mixture. Roll into small balls. Roll in sugar.Flatten with the bottom of glass. Can sprinkle with additional red and green sugar for Christmas or other colors for Easter.
