1 can of tuna in spring water
1 cup of rice(usually white,rinsed before cooking
Keen's curry
1 cup of milk
1 packet of chicken noodle soup in 200ml of water in microwave prof dish
1 cup of bread crumbs tossed in 1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 cup of kraft cheddar cheese grated
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of plain flour
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method
In a large saucepan melt butter add flour and curry till combined, stir over medium heat for 1 minute without burning
Pour milk slowly into butter and flour mixture till combined(add more miilk if you want a thinner white sauce)
Heat chicken noodle soup for 4 minutes in microwave,then place in white sauce mixture stir to combine
Add Tuna and combine,add rice and combine
In oven or under grill brown bread crumbs
Pour Tuna mixture into casserole dish
Top with kraft cheese
Place in oven till cheese is melted and brown
