1/2 c old fashioned oats
2 1/4 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
4 oz chopped english toffee
1 c hazelnuts chopped
12oz choc chips

in one bowl mix flour, salt baking and soda powder
Using mixer, in another bowl, beat sugars and butter. Then eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, stir until blended, add toffee, nuts and chips.
one rounded Tablespoon on parchment line sheets, bake about 15 mins.
