1 egg yolk
1 T water
1 T dijon
2 T minced garlic
1/2 t salt
1 t pepper
1/2 t dry mustard
2 tsp dry oregano
1/2 t sugar
1/3 c red wine vinegar
2 T Lemon jce
1 c olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
microwave egg with that 1 T water for 10 seconds
Wisk everything except oil
Place in blender and blend slowly adding oil.
