1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
1 cup long grain rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup tomato sauce( can be varied for your preference)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and cook rice until translucent.
Add remaining ingredients
Cook in the oven for 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

I almost forgot to add this recipe.
We add 1/2 can tomato sauce when we make it.
