2 T butter
2 c beef broth (I think I used chicken)
2 bay leaves
Filling:
4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, we used low fat
4 oz. crabmeat
˝ oz. green onion, finely minced
Ľoz. Parmesan cheese, finely shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer mushroom caps in broth until tender.
Drain and cool.
In the mean time, combine all other ingredients together in a mixing bowl (or food processor).
Filling can be put into a piping bag to fill the caps or gently spooned in.
Bake at 450 for 7-9 minutes until golden brown.
