7 T olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
3/4 c crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 T water
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp tabasco, a hot pepper sce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
heat 2 tsp of oil in small skillet and add garlic, saute till golden. Transfer to blender. Add cheese, white wine vinegar, 1 T water, sugar, tabassco salt pepper and remaining oil, blend well. Tranfer to bowl and stir in basil. cover and refrigerate.
