2 lbs. Ground Beef (You can use ground turkey as well)
2 Large Onions - Chopped
1-2 Green Peppers - Chopped
Sliced Mushrooms (Optional)
3 Family Size Cans Tomato Soup
1/3 of a 2 lb. Loaf of Velveta Cheese or (Shredded Cheddar cheese)
2 lbs. Angel Hair Pasta (cooked as directed and drained)
2 Tsp. Salt
Pepper to Taste
1/2 Tsp Granulated Garlic or 1 T fresh minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, Brown meat until redness disappears. Remove from pan.
Melt 2-3 T. butter and add onions. Cook until onions are golden brown. Add green pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and add soup. Continue stirring until everything well mixed. You may need to add additional soup if the mixture seems dry.

Bake in 13 x 9 pan... may be enough for 2 pans. Bake at 350º for one hour. You can freeze this as well but bake for at least 30-40 minutes before freezing.
