6 boned and skinned chicken thighs
3 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon powdered ginger (or more to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup or so of bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix mustard, honey, ginger, and lemon juice together
Coat chicken thighs thoroughly with mixture. Dip into bread crumbs
Place on cookie sheet (Covered with aluminum foil for easy clean up)
Put into hot oven for 15 minutes (5 minutes longer if not boned) Turn chicken thighs over and cook another 10 minutes. Serve
