2 cups scalded milk
1 cup sugar
2 cubes butter [1 cup]
10 cups flour
3/4 T salt
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup warm water
3 T yeast
1 tsp sugar
Orange Filling:
1 cup sugar
1 cube butter, softened [1/2 cup]
Rind of 2 oranges, finely grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, sugar and salt. Add to milk and scald.
Place in large bowl. Beat eggs and add to milk mixture.
Dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar in warm water and add to cooled milk.
Beat in enough flour to make a soft sticky dough.
Knead in additional flour to make a smooth soft dough.
Put dough into greased bowl, let rise until double in bulk.
Divide dough into 3 equal parts.
Roll into rectangle shape and spread with orange filling
Roll dough as for felly roll; cut and place in greased muffin tins.
Let rise; then bake in a 350º oven until golden brown- 12 to 15 minutes.
