4 slices of diced bacon
1 large onion diced
1 small can Contadina tomato paste
2 paste cans water +
Salt to taste
1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook bacon and add onion,continuing to cook until onion is soft. Add tomato paste and 2 cans of water and mix. May need to add a little more water. Stir in previously cooked rice. Serve
