1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups unseasoned croutons
2 cups seasoned (garlic and butter or garlic & onion, etc.)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
8 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon dry mustard (or 1 tablespoon prepared)
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a 9x13" casserole with vegetable spray. Place croutons in casserole dish and pour butter over croutons. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon crumbs on top.

Can prepare night ahead and refrigerate. If you do, try to let it sit out for around an hour before baking in the morning.

Bake 325º for around 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes prior to serving.

Serves about 8.

Variations - use sausage instead of bacon. Use shredded swiss & spinach instead of cheddar.
