5 medium potatos
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 to 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
parsley (to taste)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
garlic salt (to taste)
1-2 sticks butter


Directions:
Directions:
Grease 8 x 10 baking dish. Par boil potatoes for about 15 minutes. Drain and cool, set aside.
In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings.
When potatoes are cooled, slice into round slices about 1/4 inches thick.
Begin by placing slices of potates on the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkly with bread crumbs mixture. Please dabs of butter on top. Keep making layers of potatoes, bread crumb mixture and butter, ending with butter.
Drizzle a little oil on top.
Cook at 350 degrees for one hour or until potatoes are brown. Do not cover.
