2 pounds frozen ore-ida southern style potatoes
1 can cream of chicken
16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Half stick of melted butter
1 medium size chopped onion
Pepper/salt/garlic powder to taste

Bake uncovered 350 deg F 1.5-2 hrs

Justin has made this yummy dish for many cook off's including HLSR. This is definitely not a healthy dish but so so good.
