Bean Dip with ground beef


Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds ground beef, cooked
1 package (1 oz.) taco seasoning
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 package (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
1 sour cream (8 oz.) container
8 oz. guacamole
1 jar (16 oz.) medium salsa
1 can (2.25 oz.) black olives, sliced or chopped
1 - 2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 bags tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning. Drain the grease and set aside to let cool to room temperature.

Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a 9" x 13" glass pan.

Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of the beans.

Sprinkle the beef on top of the cheese.

Slowly spread the sour cream on top of the beef.

Spread the guacamole on top of the sour cream.

Pour and spread the salsa on top of the guacamole.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese.

Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped black olives, and chopped green onions on the top.

Can serve immediately or cold with tortilla chips.

Store in the refrigerator.

6 packages (2 oz.) beef, chopped
1 package (1 oz.) taco seasoning
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 package (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
1 sour cream (8 oz.) container
8 oz. guacamole
1 jar (16 oz.) medium salsa
1 can (2.25 oz.) black olives, sliced
1 - 2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 bags tortilla chips

Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the refried beans.

Spread the sour cream over the beans/taco seasoning mixture.

Spread the guacamole on top of the sour cream.

Pour and spread the salsa on top of the guacamole.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese.

Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped black olives, and chopped green onions on the top.

Can serve immediately or cold with tortilla chips.

Store in the refrigerator.

Personal Notes:
I use more cheese on top. :) Also, I only do guacamole to one side for picky eaters! Super easy and very good! If you want it spicy, use hot salsa and add some chopped jalapenos to the top! Enjoy!!
