Ingredients: 1. 18oz. box of chocolate brownie mix
2. 1 large egg
3. ⅓ c. whole milk
4. ⅓ c. vegetable oil
5. 1 tsp. Kosher salt
6. 1 package premade chocolate cookie dough

Directions: |
Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Prepare 9 in. Baking pan by lining with foil tell it overlaps on both sides
3. Spray the foil and sides with baking spray
4. In a large bowl whisk together egg, milk, oil, and salt
5. Whisk in brownie mix until smooth
6. Poor into prepared pan
7. Scatter lumps of cookie dough all over the brownie mix
8. Press in lightly to layer some dough into the brownie mix
9. Cover pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes
10. Remove from oven let it cool for 15 minutes then eat |

Notes: This recipe is probably my favorite dessert we make at home. My mom usually makes it on weekends and always makes the house smell like brownies and cookies. We also have it for any holidays that need a dessert and it's easy to eat. Sometimes I will go home from school for lunch and have some and be in a much better mood. That's why cookie brownies are my favorite dessert.
