6 medium green peppers
salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic (chopped)
2 cups or 1 lb. can original stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup cooked rice (approx. 10-12 min.)
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
dash crushed red pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 handful grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Core peppers and remove seeds. Precook in boiling salted water for 5 min. Brown meat, onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, rice, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and then add cheese. Stuff peppers. Place in baking dish uncovered at 350º for 25 minutes or until hot.
