1 clove minced garlic
1 med yellow onion minced
1/4 c olive oil
2 cups pecan meal
1 1/2 c bread crumbs
1 T oregano
1/2 bunch parsley chopped
1 cup mazzarella shredded
1/2 cup grated parm
4 large eggs
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Tomato sce
1 med yellow onion minced
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 c olive oil
1 can crushed tomatoes 28 oz
1 bunch torn basil
1 lb spagetti

Directions:
For meatballs, preheat oven 400
med hi heat-olive oil onion garlic cook until soft, 3 mins
Remove and set aside
in large bowl add onions garlic pecan meal bread crumbs oregano parsley mozzarella parm eggs pepper flakes salt and pepper. Using hands mix to combine. Form into golf ball size balls, place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake 20 - 25 mins.
Make the tomato sause and when pecan balls are done, transfer to your tomato mixture and simmer for 20 mins
meanwhile cook your noodles drain, and serve your pecan meatball and sauce
Can use almond meal in place of Pecans...
