Ingredients:  
1 lb smoked sausage
3 onions chopped

2 cloves garlic minced
Green bell pepper diced
2 stalks celery diced
1 1/2 c canned tomatoes
2 T tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp thyme
1 c uncooked rice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 1/2 c water
2 lbs med shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
saute sausage and onions in stockpot
add garlicgreen pepper celery, saute until just tender
add tomatoes, paste bay leaf thyme and rice
Season with salt and cayenne add water bring to boil
bring to boil. Add shrimp reduce heat. cook low for 45 mins
Remove from heat and remove bay leaf.

I had to use crushed tomatoes and omit green pepper because of Terry, picky Terry.
