1½ lb. round steak (eye of round) ¾" thick
2 T. flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 onion, cut into wedges
4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
3 ribs of celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup or can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat meat by placing in a plastic re-sealable bag along with 2 T. flour and salt and pepper; shake well to evenly coat meat.
2. Place onions in the bottom of the non-stick sprayed crock-pot.
3. Top with carrots and celery and cover with the tomato sauce or soup.
4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-5 hours.

This recipe may easily be adjusted to fit the needs of your family. I do know that she loves using the mushroom soup. In her words...this is excellent!
