1 cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp cloves
1 ½ cup canned pumpkin
2 cups evaporated milk
2 eggs
9 inch single crust, unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix filing ingredients until smooth. Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven at 425º for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350º and continue baking for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in filling comes out clean. Top with whipped cream if you wish.
