2 tbsps butter
⅔ cup butter
½ cup flour
5 large apples peeled, cored and sliced
¾ cups brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tbsps butter and place in bottom of baking dish. Peel and lice the apples and place them over the melted butter. Mix remaining butter, sugar and flour until crumb texture. Sprinkle over the apples and press down well. Sprinkle with 3 tbsps water and bake 30 minutes at 375º.
