2 squares semi sweet chocolate
¼ cup corn syrup
¼ cup icing sugar
⅓ cup rum
2 cups vanilla or chocolate crumb wafers
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate, corn syrup, sugar, rum and nuts. Mix well, Chill until firm enough to handle. Shape into balls. Di in a beaten egg white and roll into vanilla or chocolate wafer crumbs. Chill at least one week to mature. Makes about 30 balls.
